Wranglers Lose Late to Shamrocks
Sikeston pitcher Tom Donnelly had a large part in his team subduing the Newport News Wranglers, 5-2. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the right-hander. Steve Ray claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 1.1 innings. His record stands at 5-1.
