Tailgators Earn 3-2 Win Against Muskies
The Chesapeake Tailgators picked up a win at Tailgators Ballpark, topping the Glendale Muskies, 3-2. On the mound for Chesapeake was left-hander Alex Martinez. He played a principal role in the triumph. The loss puts Glendale at 3-3.

Up to bat in the bottom of the 16th, 23-year old right fielder Ed McCarson had a chance to be the hero. Glendale pitcher Karl Bradberry had other ideas. But with one out, McCarson hit a sacrifice fly. The Tailgators had themselves a dramatic win.

"This house was rockin'," Martinez said.
