Despite a great performance by Greensboro right fielder Justin Husnick, the Little Rock Golden Gophers defeated the Naturals by the score of 9-4 in 11 innings at Naturals Grounds. Husnick was 3 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The losing skid has reached 6 games for Greensboro.

In the top of the 11th, 22-year old right fielder Jesus Garciduenas delivered for Little Rock. That's when he belted a grand slam home run, putting the Golden Gophers up, 8-4. It was his lone hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a climactic one.

"Our team showed some resilience," said Garciduenas.
