The Philadelphia Marauders started the Divisional Series in style, downing the visiting Boston Whistlers at Marauders Ballpark by a score of 8-3 to grab an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-7 series. Marauders first baseman Carlos Barreto was 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 2.
