The Newport Unicorns powered past the St. Joseph Mighty Mites, 8-5, at Chanticleers Ballpark. Justin MacKoul provided some of the pop. He was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times. "I want us to come out, have fun, hit some balls, and score. We're having a tough time," said Chris Houston, the St. Joseph manager.
