Gallardo Keeps Hit Streak Alive Tuesday, May 12th , 2026 Jose Gallardo of the Chuluota Imperials tagged 2 hits in today's 13-4 loss to the Haviland Thrashers at Ballpark of Haviland to run his hitting streak to 36 straight games. "I realize it's unlikely to have a 36-game streak and not have a couple losses mixed in," he said later. "But it still takes the fun out of it." Jose Gallardo grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th and tripled in the 7th. Gallardo is currently hitting at a .475 pace with 7 home runs and 28 RBIs.
