NC Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award Tuesday, October 14th , 2025 Mike Cousin said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 19 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Buffalo Bellflowers rising star has won the Northern Conference Reliever of the Year Award for 2025. He captured the award on the strength of his 2.96 ERA over 51.2 innings. He also had 14 saves in 46 relief appearances, 60 strikeouts and only 6 walks. He received 24 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Joel Cogswell of the Moncton Mounties finished second in voting, while Danny Villanueva of the Borrego Springs Rams finished third.
