Paula Goes 5-for-6 Against Buckeye Local Friday, August 30th , 2024 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Heriberto Paula. Paula went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Buckeye Local pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Ballpark of San Bernardino, he had a 5-for-6 line and a day he will long remember. And the San Bernardino Flight had a win, 16-1, over the Panthers. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. Heriberto Paula doubled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 7th.
