Hit Streak Now at 20 for Orosco Friday, August 30th , 2024 Chuluota third baseman Dave Orosco keeps on racking up hits every time he plays. His hitting streak now stands at 20 games after collecting 1 hit at Imperials Ballpark. The Imperials earned the 5-1 victory over the Riverside Wolverines. "I have been seeing the ball really good the last few weeks, but I am a bit surprised how things are working out," Orosco said. "I've gotten a couple flares to drop in, so I've also been a little lucky." Dave Orosco struck out in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, singled in the 6th and struck out in the 8th. In 122 games this season, Orosco is batting .354 with 176 hits and 34 home runs. He has scored 84 runs and driven in 97. |
