Chuluota's Byrne Winner, SC Best Hitter in August Friday, September 1st , 2023 For a rookie just breaking in, Adam Byrne certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the SC Batter of the Month award for August. The 21-year-old left fielder for the Chuluota Imperials hit .337 with 19 home runs, 28 RBIs and 29 runs scored. For the year, Byrne is batting .296 with 31 home runs, 49 RBIs and 47 runs scored. |
