Ft. Wayne's Vega Out 7-8 Months Sunday, May 24th , 2026 When Tony Vega was hurt against the Jacksonville Nationals, the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 17-year-old starting pitcher suffered a torn labrum throwing a pitch in yesterday's game.
