5-for-6 Game for Skiba Sunday, May 25th , 2025 Jacksonville second baseman Dan Skiba had a day to remember, 5-for-6 against the San Antonio Griffins at Nationals Park as the Nationals picked up a win, 12-6. "He was patient up there," Jacksonville skipper Zack Glomski told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Skiba has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Dan Skiba hit a solo-shot off Jose Chavez in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, doubled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th and flied out in the 8th.
