Minnesota Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Saturday, May 2nd , 2026 The Minnesota Golden Gophers were mathematically eliminated from contention for the 2026 playoffs today. "You just wonder if you could have done more to get in a better position at this time of year," said a dejected Golden Gophers manager Josh Shaw. The Golden Gophers are still searching for their first playoff appearance. The team has now missed qualifying for the postseason in each of their 9 seasons in the ACOL. |
