The Tennesse Volunteers reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Georgia Bulldogs and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Rodriguez was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn ulnar collateral ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 10 months. For the season, his stats show Rodriguez has no saves in 17 relief appearances with a 4-0 record and 2.94 ERA. |
