Grogan Removed in Ole Miss; Fired as Manager Sunday, May 28th , 2023 The future of the Ole Miss Rebels will not include Steve Grogan. Much-criticized for his in-game managing by local scribes of late, Grogan has been fired as manager of the Rebels. The decision is believed to have been made primarily by the team's owner, who was always quick to publicly criticize Grogan's decisions on the field and in the clubhouse.
