Sunrise Manor Rallies for 8-6 Victory
The Sunrise Manor Sunchasers had to overcome a big game from San Bernardino designated hitter Alex Mareno to leave Ballpark of San Bernardino with a victory. And they did, winning, 8-6. Mareno went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. Steven Hyatt, credited with the save, is now 8 for 9 in save opportunities. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for the Sunchasers.

Matt Bellavance came through with a big-time hit for Sunrise Manor. The pinch hitter smacked a 3-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to give his team the lead, 8-5. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
