Imperials Suffer One-Run Loss at Crystal Lake
In a low-scoring affair between the Crystal Lake Killers and the Chuluota Imperials, pitcher William Ramos was the difference between victory and defeat. The Crystal Lake right-hander earned accolades for his stellar performance in the 3-2 Killers win. The second-place Killers now have a record of 30-27.

Crystal Lake went up, 3-2, on Jaylen Putman's 6th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Putman hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Chuluota pitcher Pedro Mendez shaking his head.

"We just didn't score enough runs to win," said Chuluota manager Larry Voltaire.
