San Bernardino got a valiant performance from pitcher Danny Manzano, but it wasn't enough to beat the Ft. Wayne Earthquakes. Ft. Wayne won the game, 5-4. Manzano threw 7.0 innings of 4-hit ball for the losing team. The winner was Ft. Wayne reliever Ian McCullar, now 1-3. The loser was Vincent Figueroa. The slumping Flight have lost 7 straight.

The Earthquakes got a clutch hit from second baseman Miguel Gonzalez. In the bottom of the tenth, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Earthquakes.
