Hernanez Lifts Sunchasers to 10-7 Triumph
Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers and Chuluota Imperials.

Sunrise Manor catcher Oscar Hernanez made his presence felt in the 10-7 Sunchasers triumph over the Chuluota Imperials. Hernanez went 4-4 with 2 home runs and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Reliever Franklin Ramos picked up the win. His record improves to 1-1. Jose Vasquez, who is tied for 7th in the SC in innings pitched with 34.0, took the loss. Tetsunori Arai recorded the save for Sunrise Manor, his 4th of the season.

Sunrise Manor got a lift in the bottom of the first from second baseman Aloísio Boissel, who hit a fastball to right for a 3-run home run. His 2nd home run of the season put the Sunchasers up, 3-0.

"We need to string a few more wins like this one together," said Hernanez.

The Sunchasers now own a record of 13-16.
