Chuluota first baseman Mario Lopez had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Lopez went 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 3, even as Riverside beat the Imperials, 7-5. Now 3-14, the 2025 Imperials have been dreadful.

Riverside catcher Ernie Humphrey helped the Wolverines go up, 6-5, in the bottom of the sixth inning. With the game tied, Humphrey hit a run-scoring single off Chuluota pitcher Danny de Anda.

"I just tried to make good contact," said Humphrey.
