Sunchasers Lose to Wolverines in Walk-Off
The Riverside Wolverines beat the Sunrise Manor Sunchasers, 7-6, at Wolverines Ballpark. Riverside third baseman Danny Solis led the way. He went 2 for 4 with a home run, a double, and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Riverside reliever Leonardo Vazquez picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Jim Unknown took the loss. The Wolverines, now 7-3, have been playing some good baseball.

The clutch at-bat in the bottom of the ninth belonged to Solis. Facing Jim Unknown with the bases loaded, the Riverside third baseman had a run-scoring hit-by-pitch. Game over, walk-off style!

"I still think this team can play even better," Solis told the Riverside Gazette.
