Houston third baseman David Zackery had a day to remember, 5-for-6 against the Arizona Wildcats at Hi Corbett Field as the Cougars picked up a win, 9-5.

"He was patient up there," Houston skipper Eddie Ard told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Zackery has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes."
