Princes Rally Late to Clip Terra Linda
The Lincoln Princes spoiled a good performance by Terra Linda left fielder Colby Barrineau, bumping off Terra Linda, 10-9, at Ballpark of Plantersville. Barrineau was 2-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Jordan Moreno, now 2-3, was credited with the win in 1 innings of relief. He allowed no runs on no hits, while striking out 1 and walking 0. Rafael Soliz picked up his 12th save of the season.

The most important at-bat for Lincoln came in the top of the ninth inning, when catcher Yukio Sasaki stroked a first pitch fastball to right-center for a run-scoring single, putting Lincoln up, 10-9.

"We swung the bats good throughout the lineup," said Lincoln skipper Jorge Vasquez.

Lincoln's record now stands at 26-35, placing them third in the Northern Conference West Division.
