Princes Pitching Ravaged by Conde
No matter what the Lincoln Princes threw at him, Juan Conde hit it. He easily handled Princes pitching, going 5 for 6 and helping the Chargers triumph, 12-3, at Lincoln Grounds.

"The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview.

Told of Conde's quip, Princes skipper Jorge Vasquez said he "would take him up on that next time."

Juan Conde singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Alex Balladares in the 6th, singled in the 8th and struck out in the 9th.

Currently Conde is batting .330 with 6 home runs and 12 RBIs.
