Pirates Lose By a Run at Lincoln
Rob Carvajal knocked in 5 runs to help Lincoln beat Saint Pierre and Miquelon, 6-5. The Guanare, Venezuela native tallied 1 single and 1 home run. Rafael Soliz collected his 4th save. The Pirates fall to 7-16 and continue their uninspiring start to the 2025 season.

With Lincoln leading 2-1 in the bottom of the third, Carvajal hit a sinker from Jorge Coba for a grand slam home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Princes ahead, 6-1.

"Anytime you're seeing it well, it's a good feeling," Carvajal told the Lincoln Gazette.
